1. Inspection before driving:

(2) When the inflation is insufficient, it will affect the driving speed, increase the power consumption, and shorten the mileage;

(3) The tire has cracks and cutouts, and the tire is explosive;

2) Whether the operating system such as brake steering is flexible and effective; Whether the power off device can be powered off before braking. Method of brake adjustment:

(1) Loosen the M8 nut on the rear brake lever, pull the rear

brake lever forward by hand when the handbrake is released, and then adjust the rear M8 nut to the tie rod joint The front M8 nut can be adjusted to a distance of 5-&m from the joint, and then release the M8 nut and tighten it;

(2) When the rear brake lever adjustment thread is not enough, adjust the M10 nut on the front brake lever, and the brake can also be adjusted.

1. Release the hand brake, when pushing the empty car by hand, the tire should be flexible and unimpeded;

2. Pull up the hand brake, should be able to brake the wheel, push the car hard, the wheel does not rotate is appropriate;

3. When the foot is on the brake, the two rear wheels should be able to lock at the same time (the brake pedal should be 3--5cm away from the platform);

4. If the above requirements cannot be met, the brake should be adjusted to achieve the above effect, or contact the after-sales service to request assistance in maintenance.

Note: When the brake pad is worn to 1/2, the brake pad should be replaced to ensure your driving safety. If the brakes do not work, the combination switch should be turned off immediately before stopping, and then go to the relevant car shop for maintenance before driving.

3) After the new car is used for one week, a systematic inspection is required, and all fasteners are reinforced as a whole, especially the brake system must be adjusted twice as a whole to ensure safe driving;

4) Check whether the battery power is sufficient, and whether the circuit and electrical accessories work reliably. Insufficient charging not only affects the driving range, but also damages the battery life;

5) Whether the tightness of the transmission chain is appropriate. How to adjust the chain:

(1) First loosen the motor base fixing nut M10, then adjust the motor tie rod to tighten the chain, and then tighten the

M12 nut on the motor tie rod after tightening, and then tighten the motor base fixing nut;

(2) When the chain is not on the line, first loosen the motor base fixing nut M10, and then adjust the motor so that the chain is in the same plane on the front and rear sprockets, you can tighten the motor nut.

2. Use and operation method

1) Vehicle start Turn on the power switch to screw the reverse and smooth switch to the

forward gear, turn on the turn signal, screw the fast and slow gear switch to slow gear (the vehicle must start slowly), press the brake springboard, release the handbrake, confirm that the front is barrier-free, release the brake pedal, and the vehicle will start driving slowly (if you choose the stepless speed start, twist the stepless speed shift handle inward);

2) The vehicle is driving normally Turn off the turn signal, slightly press the brake pedal, make the power off switch off (observe the AV table back to "O"), turn the fast and slow gear switch to fast or stepless gear, confirm the barrier-free ahead, release the brake pedal, and the vehicle can go fast or steplessly start working. (Note: the choice of fast gear should be determined according to road conditions and traffic safety, normal driving or heavy load should try to choose fast gear or stepless gear, do not use slow gear for a long time, so as not to burn out resistance and other components).

3) Vehicle turning Reduce the speed of the

vehicle in advance, turn on the direction signal to turn, and turn and drive under the condition of confirming safety (under the driving conditions of the other party's oncoming car and when the line of sight is not clear, speed as slowly as possible and increase the turning radius).

4) Vehicle parking Turn on the right turn signal, observe the rear situation through the rearview mirror, confirm safety, pull the car to the parking position, press the brake pedal to make the car static, and then pull the handbrake handle to a reliable position, turn off the key power switch, and rotate the driving switch into and out of gear and fast and slow gear to stop. If the driver needs to leave the vehicle, be sure to remove the key and confirm that the vehicle is safe before leaving. 5) The vehicle reverses and presses the brake pedal to make the vehicle static, rotate the driving switch to reverse and slow or adjust gear, release the brake plate, and you can reverse the car, accompanied by reversing voice prompt.
